Group Fitness Class Descriptions

ABT (Abs, Butts & Thighs)
Low impact floor class, perfect for sculpting the lower body. Beginners & up.
Aqua
A great summer class - low impact aerobics in the pool. Ezi on the joints - great workout for ALL levels.
Body Blast
Tighten, shape and tone your body with this great barbell class. Low impact with upbeat music this class is great for everyone.
Cardio Kick
A combination of kick boxing, boxing & aerobics. High impact class designed to improve fitness & tone. All levels.
Circuit
A combo class combining aerobics, boxing, circuits and cardio. A great all over workout. Intermediate to advanced. Not for the faint hearted.
FBC (Fat Burning Class)
A low to medium class designed to burn those extra kilos away. Sutiable for beginners to intermediate.
New Body
A great low impact class aimed at trimming and toning both upper and lower body. Great for beginners. All levels.
Spin Cycle
A cardio workout based on a stationary bike. Great workout for all levels.
Step
A fantasic cardiovascular workout to get your heart pumping. Burn away those calories with this medium to high impact class using our ezi step. Beginners to advanced.
